Refund policy

RideStyle is built around free previews before purchase. Once a customer pays, we aim to fix clear problems quickly and keep refund decisions practical and fair.

Free previews

Free preview submissions do not require payment. If we cannot produce a useful preview, there is no charge and no refund is needed.

Digital products

Digital orders unlock final files after payment and manual upload. Because digital files can be downloaded immediately, completed digital orders are usually not refundable. If the delivered file is missing, corrupted, or clearly does not match the approved preview because of a RideStyle error, contact support and we will provide a corrected file or a refund.

Premium polish

Premium polish includes human QA and one scoped revision. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If we cannot complete the polish work or materially improve the selected artwork, we may offer a partial or full refund.

Physical products

Sticker and poster orders are manually fulfilled during the MVP. If the order has not entered print or shipping, we can usually cancel and refund it. If it has already been printed or shipped, refunds are limited to damaged, defective, lost, or incorrect items.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and photos of the issue. If the problem is confirmed, RideStyle may replace the item, resend it, provide a digital alternative, or refund the order.

Customer upload mistakes

We cannot guarantee refunds for mistakes caused by incorrect customer details, low-quality photos, wrong vehicle information, or late change requests after final artwork or print fulfillment has started.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method where possible. Bank and card processing times vary by provider.
