These terms set the operating rules for the RideStyle concierge MVP, including uploads, paid artwork, downloads, revisions, and manual product fulfillment.

RideStyle creates custom vehicle portraits from customer-submitted photos and details. The first release is a concierge workflow: upload and preview collection are handled in the app, while artwork generation, QA, and physical fulfillment may be performed manually by the RideStyle team.
You must have the right to upload the photos and details you provide. Do not upload images that you do not own or have permission to use. You give RideStyle permission to use your uploads to create previews, final artwork, revisions, downloads, support responses, and order fulfillment for your job.
RideStyle is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by vehicle manufacturers, accessory brands, clubs, or event organizers unless specifically stated. You can ask us to remove, blur, or rename number plates, badges, stickers, or other details during the create flow or revision process.
Free previews may be watermarked and are not guaranteed to be available forever. Payment is required to unlock final downloads or start manual fulfillment of paid products. Prices are listed in USD unless a page states otherwise.
After payment, you may use delivered RideStyle artwork for personal use, gifts, social posts, wallpapers, and small club or event merchandise connected to your own vehicle. Resale, large-scale merchandise, paid advertising, or use for a business fleet requires written permission from RideStyle.
Revision availability depends on the product purchased. Premium polish includes one scoped revision. Other products may include minor correction requests at RideStyle's discretion, especially where we made an obvious mistake in the delivered artwork.
Sticker and poster products are manually fulfilled during the MVP. Estimated delivery timing is not guaranteed until print quality, stock, and shipping partners are stable. If a physical product cannot be fulfilled, RideStyle may offer a replacement, digital alternative, credit, or refund.
Do not use RideStyle to submit illegal content, harass others, impersonate another owner, abuse the upload system, reverse engineer private links, or attempt to access another customer's job, order, or download.
RideStyle may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the MVP as the product develops. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve paid download access, but customers should download and keep their final files after delivery.
